The final Pickin’ on the Patio concert of 2015 will be held Wednesday, and Blake Shelton plans to send it out in style. On Friday Shelton announced on Twitter that he was playing the free event, which will kick off at 5:30 p.m.
Pickin’ on the Patio, normally held on the patio outside Shelton’s label, Warner Music Nashville, has been moved to the roundabout on 16th Avenue near Demonbreun Street in order to accommodate the expected crowds, according to a media release. Food trucks will be onsite and fans can also visit a beer garden.
Shelton returns as a coach on the new season of “The Voice” this week; the show won an Outstanding Reality-Competition Program Emmy Award Sunday night. He will release a compilation album, “Reloaded: 20 #1 Hits,” on Oct. 23.
